FTP Delivery
Files over 10 MB may be delivered via FTP. Please remember to compress (.sitx, .sit, .zip) your files before uploading to our FTP site.

Upload the archive (compressed folder) to the directory marked "All ads in this folder", then locate the EHX folder and upload to that location. Please include your company's name in the name of your archive. Please notify Samantha Boitson or Amy Reddington immediately when your files are uploaded.

New for EHX Fall 08, exhibitors will be offering exclusive show specials to attendees. We would like any exhibitor who will be offering a show special, to send us the details. EHX will promote show specials to drive booth traffic to all exhibitors offering a show special. We will start to promote these show specials 4 weeks before the event.

My EHX Show Planner allows you to schedule appointments with exhibitors so that you can avoid the busy lines and receive some one-on-one attention while you are at the show. Just login to your accouont, find the exhibitor and once you are on the exhibitor’s profile page, click “Make an Appointment” and select an available time block.

Don't forget to submit your Show Directory information in your EHX Show planner by September 15th! This information will be printed in the onsite EHX Fall 2008 Show Directory.
